I have been slowing transitioning to a vegan diet, so most recipes I will be posting will be geared in that direction.
I love to bake and cook and this is where I like to keep all the fantastic recipes I find on tumblr.
I try to never post anything with out a recipe. It makes me mad when I see something yummy looking and can't figure out how to cook it!

Blackberry Smoothie with Basil
Sexy Slimming Green Smoothie
- 1-2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- a couple handfuls of spinach
- water
Alternatives: you can substitute the banana for avocado if you prefer, and the fruit for any fruit you prefer. Also you can substitute the spinach for kale, romaine or any other green.
Sip and watch the pounds fall off! This recipe is from a nutritionist (click photo to link to page) and she swears once her clients add this smoothie to their diet they lose weight and feel an energy boost. We can’t wait to try it!

Sweet Vanilla Fruit Smoothie
A simply sweet smoothie filled with fresh summer fruits and the aroma of vanilla to start off your day with quite the treat!

A bright refreshing green melon frosty + spinach
Breakfast:
Green Tea
Orange Juice
Green Smoothie:
2 Bananas
2 Frozen Bananas
2 Dates
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup spinach[It’s not meant to be in a wine glass, we just ran out of other cups]
Filling Vegan Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie:
makes one very large smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 cup non-dairy milk(six years ago, I used chocolate soymilk. Now, I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 heaping tbsp natural peanut butter
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Yields 4-6 servings
2 tablespoons wheat grass powder
1/2 tablespoon spirulina powder
2 avocados
3 cups fresh spinach
2 frozen bananas
4 cups soy milk (more if you like, any other type of milk will also work)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup flax seed meal (optional)
